Red Light Therapy UK Reviews 

So far I am very impressed. Although it’s early days yet. A few more weeks and I may see some benefits. After reading 2 books on the benefits of Red Light Therapy I’m beginning to wish I’d bought the full body lamp. Perhaps later!

I only used it for 5 days on my guts and adrenals before going on holidays . I felt much better from my bloating symptoms almost from day one and I slept better . It is very powerful , only a few minutes seem to be enough to see results . I'm on holidays now, but I cannot wait to get back home and start using it again . Regarding the service it was perfect . Package arrived on time and in perfect conditions . I recommend it.

I have yet to try this product but the delivery and communication for this was great! Received the lamp in two days and I have no doubt it will be amazing given all the other reviews!

Very quick delivery, the Helios Focus red light therapy device is very easy to use, and does seem to be helping with my dog's mobility issues. It doesn't come with any instructions however, of how long to use it for, how far away from the skin, how long the battery lasts, etc. It also turns off after 5 minutes, which is a good safety feature,but disconcerting to start with! Customer service very good, with queries answered out of hours which was unexpected but very much appreciated.

I bought the 1000w version as I have chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and recurrent chronic pericarditis. I have been using it religiously and it will be 4 weeks this Thursday since it arrived. After a couple of days I noticed when I woke up I didn’t feel like I immediately wanted to go back to sleep again, it helped with the acute ache behind my eyes I usually have every morning. Overall, I’ve had less headaches, although currently still get them for a couple of days if I over-exert myself. I’ve also noticed if I have had an awful nights’ sleep and been awake for several hours, 20 mins in front of the red light and I feel that I’ve slept well.
Other things I’ve noticed that I can’t find any answers for, is some of the hair I’ve had IPL on years ago, which has started to grow back has been behaving as if I had IPL and looks thicker, then falls out, is the hair follicle absorbing the red light or is it balancing my hormones? Who knows?! I did ache after over-exerting myself and found it didn’t seem to have any impact on my aching muscles, but then maybe I would have ached for longer? I have found I feel less hungry since I’ve been using it, and the skin on my face looks a bit better, can’t say if I look less wrinkly yet though!
My only regret is that I wish I had bought it in the winter, as my fatigue got a lot worse with lockdown and not having access to a sunbed. I really want to get the smaller device for when I’m not at home, but it’s out of stock! I know overall that I do feel better, as I’ve been able to get to a couple of the jobs I’ve had on my list for a very long time, and it’s all small steps in the right direction. I think this is one of the key items in dealing with chronic fatigue.

I've purchased two lights over the last 4 months. Really pleased with the quality of the product and the customer service. All my questions answered without a hard sell. There was a very short delay with my first light back in December because of Covid/Brexit etc, but this was very well communicated and I was kept up to date. My second light arrived the day after ordering in April.

I've noticed a significant improvement to my post-viral fatigue/ME/CFS/Long Covid symptoms since I started using the light.

I have been having pain in my elbow and also have arthritic knees. I was talking to my brother and he said that he'd bought one of these for an on-going shoulder problem. He is now off the pain killers after years of taking them and feels so much better.
My elbow pain went within a week of using this and it is also helping with my knees.

There was clear messaging on the website that the item I ordered was not currently in stock but that a new batch was due in. Within a couple of days of placing the order I got a personalised email update advising that the stock had just cleared UK customs and would be with me within a few days. They were as good as their word and the item arrived as advised. This is the second time I have used them and their service has been top notch - plus the red light products purchased gave both been excellent. Top marks!

Delivery was speedy and the website has good information, but after using the smaller unit for 2 months now mostly every day for skin rejuvenation and also neck and back/hip pain I have unfortunately not experienced ANY difference in either my skin or pain.

why do companys insist on reviews so soon, but so far so good, a bit more information on how far you should sit from the lamp in the instruction book would be helpful. This product was ordered direct from RLT UK but came via Amazon, the packaging was non existent in the box, surprised the lamb survived the journey. No stars for Amazon!

I ordered the small unit, delivery was really fast and the product is really sturdy and well made. It’s great that different fixings are included. I use mine by lying on a physio mat on the floor and positioning the unit on a book pointing at whichever part of my body I want to work on. I’ve only been using it two days and so far no reduction in pain but the first time I used it I felt as though I was fizzing with energy afterwards

I don’t know why more people in the UK do not invest in this essential bit of wellbeing kit!? Great company, really helpful and they know their devices and light therapy. I am a clinic own and know the benefits of light therapy and this unit is brilliant.

I ordered the 600w red light therapy unit on Tuesday and received it very quickly on Thursday morning. Unfortunately the wrong power cable was shipped with the unit. I contacted Red Light Therapy where Frances swiftly dealt with the issue and I had a new cable the next morning. Looking forward to using my new toy - thanks again for the lovely service!!
