I just opened my Gold Reissue WOC! Oh my! It’s gorgeous! I have to say I was skeptical about ordering from REDELUXE because I have never ordered from anyone but FashionPhile, or purchased directly from the Chanel Boutique. I am SO impressed. It’s perfect as far as I am concerned. I will never be concerned about the “Excellent” rating REDELUX gives items. I hope to buy from REDELUX again. By the way, the box was packaged so well I didn’t think I was going to be able to get into it!!!!! LOL!!! Thank you so much for your quality standards, it’s so rare!

Incredible customer service
The Redeluxe team went above and beyond with their customer service. They sent me additional photos of the bag to what was online, so I could see the colour and condition. Shipping to Australia was also incredibly fast and the bag was packed and packaged very well.
