Seen the vehicle online , Contacted via WhatsApp and kept up up to date through the whole process , excellent service on the day of collection by Andy , would definitely recommend Redgate Lodge.

I seen the car on Car Gurus, and WhatsApp messaged Redgate lodge, where they were very quick to reply. I advised I was interested in the Seat Ateca. Andy then asked if it was OK to call me as it was easier to go over on the phone rather than messages back and forth. He explained everything on the phone and reserved the car for me to come and have a look a few days later. I travelled over from Cumbria where the car was ready and waiting. Andy was very efficient and had everything ready for me to buy the car. Very happy 😊.

Just picked up my new car today, Andy was excellent through out the process. This is my third car from Redgate lodge and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You never feel pressured at anytime and they take care of everything till you pick the car up. Excellent customer service.

I saw the car I fancied on Redgates website. Spoke to Andy to see if it was still available and arranged a viewing.
The car was presented in spotless condition and I was able to have a good look around it by myself with no pressure before going for a test drive with Andy. The car did not disappoint.

Andy was extremely courteous and professional with no pressure, he talked me through all the options of finance available which was completely straight forward with no hard sell whatsoever.

I would be more than happy to deal with Andy again and will definitely look to what Redgate have for when I ever change my car.
