Smooth in every sense
Recently purchased a pair of Ray Ban's and a pair of Polo Ralph Lauren sunglasses, which are both great pieces of design. I found the customer service faultless and the speed of delivery was exactly as promised.
I particularly like the fact that you get a text notifying you when your sunglasses are going to be delivered - all companies should do this.
Will be using again...

Great product, however had problems organising delivery.
My problem with Redhot sunglasses is that when I made my order it was declined as I had listed different addresses for shipping and billing (not that unusual - due to having to sign for them on delivery and being in full time employment I had to get them shipped to work). However, despite the order being declined my credit card was still charged so I had to make an international phone call (after waiting due to time zone differences) and sort it out. My order was eventually put through and I received the sunnies which I love.

Brilliant service with gorgeous products
the glasses came very quickly and are beautiful - haven't taken them off all summer. They were at a price which could be see as too good to be true - cheaper than duty free etc! But they are genuine! I love them!!

Fantastic customer service
I was really impressed. Good price and amazing customer service. Really helpful over the phone, even asked the courier to wait for my online order so I could get a next-day delivery. A real plus; so many websites phone numbers just put you on to voicemail. Would definitely buy from them again.
