Do not use this letting agent

Extremely poor conduct, unprofessional and predatory.

1. Initially they were fine, had some issues with keys as they gave us wrong ones and on being given the correct ones told us we need to make copies and give them to them. We obviously refused as it was our right to get one copy after arguing over email they just stopped replying. No conclusion just ignored us so we did the same.

2. Very poor communication towards the end of the contract, they lied to us to get us moved out sooner and then back tracked on the discussions after having been rude and condescending to us. We did them a favour and they utilised it for the benefit of the land lords. We weren't treated as customers just as a means to get paid.

3. Extremely predatory check in and checkout reports done by their own agents and never communicated to us that it can be done when we are present. Check in reports are done with distant photos trying to minimise flaws and other normal wear and tear, not noted closely but check out report is closed up photos (often of the previous wear and tear they didn't report) and asking for us to pay for these repairs. They fabricate new issues when you prove issues aren't caused by you And tried to frame us for damage caused by their poor repairs. They do the bare minimum to make the place livable then try to take maximum money from deposit to line their pockets. I had to tell them I would take it up with the advice bureau and third party investigations for them to back off and give me my deposit with minimal deductions.

I have lived in 5 large cities in the UK including Cardiff, Blackpool and Hull and these are the worst property letting agents I've come across.
STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONAL GOOD QUALITY SERVICE... You will lose deposit money and sleep dealing with these guys.
