I want to give a huge thanks to Adrian…
I want to give a huge thanks to Adrian from Red Kite cycles for getting me out of a sticky wicket and liaising with Pedal Power Loughborough in order for me at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon to travel from Lincoln and pick up a (non off the shelf) part, from a brand new bike, to replace my front wheel skewer which had seized on the bike and snapped in trying to get out! Talk of emergencies as we had a ferry to catch from Hull to Rotterdam Holland that evening, with gates closing at 7pm. We arrived with the part and 45 minutes to spare.
Now time to relax before getting up tomorrow to take part in the 11 cities one day cycling event in Holland.

First class service as always!
A hearty thank you to all the staff at Red kite cycles this afternoon. I had to take my trek in after a snapped gear cable some ten miles out from home after a 50 mile ride. After struggling back in a single painful gear, I started to bonk.
Adrian, Nick and all the staff came to my rescue with coffee and cake.
Nothing is too much trouble for these guys and you’re made very welcome whether you’re buying an energy gel or top of the range bike.
