Buy from the source not through this misleading company
Rubbish - given a voucher for fawlty towers experience - stating the expiry date was June 5 2027 only to be told when I tried to book - that I couldn’t beyond 27 September 2026 … no reason given and the experience is still available on the website… useless and very slow customer service - expected to feel treated when receiving my voucher, not mislead and frustrated 😩 avoid - buy straight from the source not through this third party as I cannot use my pointless voucher now

Myself and my husband went for an afternoon tea , we were looked after and seated outside as it was a beautiful day. Fantastic sandwiches and cakes and a choice of teas or coffee . Very happy 😊

Waste of time. .........I received my voucher and it wouldn't…
I received my voucher and it wouldn't accept my email or password so could not put in my voucher number or pin code in. I chatted to AI on your website over 3 hours and might as well been speaking to the wall.
I couldn't speak to a person or find a phone number.
I as writing you a letter today to the address on the envelope to get a refund. I have spoken to my bank and they say if I don't hear anything within 30 days they will contact you.

Tried to redeem a voucher through the web site after several attempts was sent in a loop.
Finally chat with customer service came back after a long wait then further wait of 10plus minutes to load data that had already been given.

Impossible to redeem voucher online
Impossible to redeem voucher online. Just got a message saying that the gift trail went off-roading! Tried the help icon, that was useless as well. Notice that other people have had similar issues. No contact number. If you cared about your clients, you would do something about this. I'm going to recommend to the person that gave us the voucher to get a refund. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Unable to redeem my voucher since January. Website was continually faulty, continually repeating the questions. Chatted online with Assistant!!! No help at all. Asked for customer services phone number. REFUSED......
Hope I do not receive another Red Letter voucher.

Amazing drive in cinema experience with Moonbeamers
I was given this experience for my 18th birthday last year from some friends. I booked my tickets to see Micheal (2026) with my boyfriend as a little date night.
The Moonbeamers Staff were so welcoming and helpful. The instructions we were given were perfectly clear and understandable, so we had no problems using any of the facilities.
Before the show, we were invited to join in a group fun quiz on a range of topics, as well as taking part in karaoke while we waited for the sun to set. The quiz was very easy to access through the use of a QR code shared on a screen at the front of the venue.
Once the sun had set, the staff let us know that the film was about to start and that all day-time running lights should be turned off or covered.
We were provided with a free packet of sweet and salty popcorn from the staff, which included our plot number incase we wanted to order anything from the little snack bar. We tried the strawberry milkshake and the brownies with icecream. They were both very nice.
Overall, we both really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely go to another drive in cinema experience with Moonbeamers again.

Lamphey Hotel pembrokeshire 2 night break away.
This experience was not as described.
The Hotel did not have no bar no restaurant and no spa as described.
We had access problems when arrived at the property and the number on the door nobody answered we eventually accessed when a lady in the carpark and asked and showed us.
The room the toilet leaked was fixed.
The bed had a broken slat.
Breakfast was continental basic small box of cereal not very good.
The only good thing is our room was exceptionally clean.
