Do not do busines with redpack-com-mx
Chose another serious company, their are plenty out there.
My experience was cata-bloody-strophic. In some cases they do not even show up. no info, no Aviso and nothing. They either keep the packages or partially resend them back abroad to the seller who refuse to refund anyway.
A chaotic service. No concept, no organization and they do not even dare to inform you. They do not care, they do not give a damn about customers. This is a fraud and i my opinion even criminal.
Redpack has to be called out and exposed to save other customers money, time and energy.
Action has to be taken, my contribution is to follow up with other options which are on the way.

Very poor performance and low quality demonstrated by Redpack. Unable to make simple delivery. Claimed address was incorrect. Not so. FedEx, DHL, and other smaller deliver companies have had no problem making deliveries to our home over the years. Google Maps shows our location in great detail and they did not even try to call me. Their response was they were not sure when they would be making the delivery. I recommended to the seller on Mercado Libre to use another delivery service. Redpack is not a quality delivery company and should be avoided.

They hardly ever deliver on time, they have stolen (because I doubt they lost) 3 packages from me two of them were a friends decission to have it shipped there, that eas even after I had my bad experience but since it's one of the cheaper carriers and my friend is a cheapskate, I even ended up paying half of his loss because of this crappy service. AVOID AT ALL COST
Son unos rateros incompetentes que nunca cumplen con sus tiempos de entrega.

Every day they say my parcel is to be collected that day.

I call them every day and nobody knows why they haven`t collected my parcel, they only know it's scheduled for "today" every day.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!
I had a package sent to me via redpack and hands down this is the most incompetent package service in Mexico. DHL and estafeta have delivered to my home with no problem but not Redpack. Oh nooooo they didn't even call me to say they couldn't find my address or even email me. I had to call them and provide them with more guidance to find my address. They told me they would try again the next day and when my package didn't arrive the next day i called them again. They told me they couldn't find my address and sent the package back to the sender the day before. Seriously!? One attempt and sent it back the same day the attempt was made. DO NOT USE THIS SERRVICE
