Final product was pretty good- audio was really, really low with no way to adjust. Template was hard to use. Brochures came in a weird unprofessional circus box (????). Didn’t seem like a real company. I guess i got what i wanted but it wasn’t a great experience.

First time working with Red Paper Plane and it was an outstanding experience! They offer innovative design templates and the print quality was excellent. Customer service and technical support was readily available and helped bring the job in on time and within budget.

Web site needs attention
The products from Red Paper Plane are excellent and the customer service is top notch.
The only reason I give this 4 stars is because the web site is difficult to navigate and operate.
Every time.
I have ordered many times from the web site, and I can't remember ever being able to complete an order or a search without having to engage a sales associate to help me out.
The web site is unintuitive and the UI is well behind the times for 2024. It must work well for Red Paper Plane's inner workings, but for the customer, it seems like an onerous and unnecessary barrier to completing my order.
