Saving $20 a month and have better service!
Activation was a breeze and it doesn't matter if your phone is locked to Verizon or att. They have plans that work with any carrier. And the best part is I'm saving $20 a month for each line ($30 for unlimited)! And I truly appreciate that they offer you the option to switch carriers because I live in a very rural area where verizon doesn't pick up so well, but when traveling for work, verizon is sometimes the best so I can switch.

C.S. Shanti; great support agent
C.S. Shanti did a great job trying to get my new Red Pocket SIM to work. This even included a second session after she elevated the problem to a higher level support group. On that session, she worked with me to try the SIM in another phone I had and it worked which meant the problem was with my phone. Although she said the phone must be locked, this didn't seem correct since the specs. stated it was factory unlocked. After we completed the chat, I discovered that although the phone was new, it was a very old model that apparently has only 2G capabilities. I'm pretty sure that was the problem so I have now disposed of the phone and ordered another phone.

Redpocket has the worst signal
Redpocket has the worst signal, complicated system and imconsiderate staff. I'm very very very upset with the way I was treated. They double charged me, which is also due to their complicated website, I request for a refund which I was conpletely ignored. I wish I could upload the transaction and show it to the world. This is how mad I am right now. Run away from this scam guys.
