Amazing product and customer service

I am using the TRUNDLE K668 - DE layout keyboard and it is absolutely amazing. Feels natural and built for multi purpose.

They're responsive, respectful and they will provide product software after it's no longer provided on their official website. Personally can't say the same for other customer support staff at other companies.
I believe their products' longevity is well implied in this review as well.

Kikko was always very quick to respond. Although it took a while to figure out that we couldn't fix the peripheral, they sent a replacement for free and it arrived within days. I have several Redragon keyboards and mice, and I couldn't be more happy.

Redragon not only makes affordable products that rival much higher priced ones in quality and features, but, also has excellent customer support. After being greeted by an AI agent, I was quickly transferred to a human representative (Mike) who was very helpful and kind, and answered all my questions.

The items are of good quality and looks good! Initially ordered a keyboard for my wife, then another one for myself, super happy! Had a bit of an issue with one of the items (little damage due to delivery), where replacement was provided quickly. Super happy with items as well as support.

In these days of millions of AI 'support agents' it's truly refreshing to a real human answer your questions. Yes, the first exchange with the Redragonshop are AI-based, but that's clearly mentioned, with the remark to simply reply to the email, so a human can help you further. In my case it was 'Mike' who did a terrific job: quick replies, to the point answers. I can recommend this shop 100%!

Bought one of their keyboards off Amazon because I found good reviews and it was affordability priced. It had an issue around a year after getting it, their support team was incredibly fast at responding and got a replacement ready to be shipped out all same day. Very happy with the experience. Also their logo and brand name are cool
