RCUK have been managing my claim for…

RCUK have been managing my claim for the best part of 2 years from Apr 2021 to the time of publishing this review.
I have to admit that they were doing a fantastic job for most of this time until the point that my case was required to go to tribunal. They gave me great support through a hired consultant who is no longer with the business. However a fundamental error was made by RCUK where they acted with negligence and put three quarters of my claim at risk.

I won my case In full on every point that was presented at tribunal but due to RCUK’s negligence I was only awarded a fraction of the costs as RCUK failed to file three parts of my claim on time. At first, they looked to see if I was at fault but quickly realised that this was not the case and I have a full written record of events.

The failure was clearly theirs and they have accepted that they have acted with negligence and accept that they owe my cira five thousand pounds, of which four thousand was to settle the insolvency practitioners fee. This leaves around eleven hundred pounds still owing.

RCUK please make contact to find a way forward.
