Redwing Living 

We moved into a new build property owned by redwing property in December of last year and soon noticed that our neighbours are constantly smoking cannabis/weed in their garden which comes straight into our house when we have the windows or the patio doors open. The smell is so strong and intense it fills the house with the disgusting smell. I’ve contacted redwing property last week regarding this mater and they’ve basically turned a blind eye to it and haven’t got back to me regarding this matter. Very disappointed in the way they have dealt with this issue to let their tenants live in one of their properties and let this continue to affect the rest of the street. I’ve now contacted the police regarding this matter and they are dealing with it. I’ve also let the police know that I reported it to redwing property and they basically dismissed it.

I have to say, part ownership is not worth the paper its written on. They are a silent landlord and are not responsible for anything. Yet they put the rent up every year trying to force you to own the property...and you have to pay a service charge what for I will never know as they aren't responsible for anything.? Landlord isn't interested. Yet if you were to amend or change anything when it's your responsibility they want to know about it?? Why when it's none of their business...they don't want to know as a landlord? My advice is don't bother with it its more trouble than what it's worth.

A disgrace, tried to buy a shared ownership with these and they didn't help at all!! submitted offer and stated I needed help with it and nothing at all, but did get to see the property I wanted sold!!! yeah thks Layla Swainbank utter disgrace

Recently purchased a 2 bedroom apartment beautifully refurbished in a art deco building. Redwings were extremely helpful and efficient in all of their commerce. Fast...professional and empathic I would definitely recommend anybody looking for a property to search them out.

I'm giving 1 star because I dont have the option for ZERO. Poor management, ignoring emails, high charges with substandard services definitely they are just trying to make money with us. Not recommended.

I sold my house in Devon and bought a flat in Southport through Redwing.

Laura at Redwing in Liverpool was brilliant a highly competent sales person.

Laura is highly professional most helpful and supportive any concerns or issues I had they was dealt with promptly . Consistent communication throughout the process was maintained .

From my experience Laura greatly deserves a more senior role .
