Not a company, a scam. Well orchestrated scam.

The flicker of that dying bulb was the last normal thing I saw before everything collapsed. My laptop is overheating, hot enough to blister skin because I’m typing faster than my hands can move, fingers trembling. Redwoodx took every thing I had. No exceptions. No refunds. Their “verification” delays are a scripted lie, their entire operation is a laundering front. I’ve cried nonstop for 72 hours. They don’t just steal money, they drain homes, futures, sanity. I lashed out at everyone, burned bridges, until I found Argolis LP. They’re the only entity that moved on my case. No promises. No fluff. Just results. My legs are burning from the laptop’s heat. Redwoodx are not just frauds, they’re predators. They deserve prison.

Scammer exchange. I have lost lot if money. They have frozen my account. Pl stay away.

This trading platform is a total scam. It’s some kind of Black Box App that designed to simulate crypto trades with compounding profits over and over and over again. My account was showing a total accumulated profit of $1.63 million. But when I attempted to withdraw my money I discovered that my account was locked. Now they tell me to deposit an additional $197,000 into my account to cover commission fees. So I tell them to deduct the fees from the funds in my RedwoodX account and they tell me that’s not possible because the fees must be paid from an account outside the trading platform. That’s when I realized the damn trading platform is a sophisticated simulation crypto trading Scam. So I refused to pay the additional SCAM FEES and now I’m locked out of account and money disappeared. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!!

This exchange is a complete scam. They lure you in using false promises of huge crypto returns. I even participated in more than a dozen trades where I supposedly made significant profit. I even did smaller withdrawals to make sure it was not a scam. However, when I tried to withdrawal most of my funds, they told me there was too much traffic on the blockchain and I would have to open a green channel for the funds to go through. They wanted 30% of the value of my funds in cash in order to do this. I refused and told them to use the money from my account. They said they could not...they needed fresh cash. I cannot get my money no matter how hard I try...and I lost a lot. STAY AWAY!

For this company to improve they need a better customer support and stop cheating and find excuses when it comes time to withdraw. Quicker respond time would be an asset. And maybe a better qualified personnel.

If they had negative stars I would give them negative rating . Stay far clear of this scam !
