Unprofessional Customer Service

Very Bad Customer service they have, Adidas is much better than this. They don't trust their customers, I have ordered 2 shoes on black Friday I received an email from UPS to collect the order from the collection point when I reached there they refused to give the order & when I tried to contact Reebok they said that UPS is saying you didn't collect the order from them. They trust UPS more than their customers.

Now the order is in their warehouse, they ask me to make a new purchase with the current price which is much higher,
