Best beef we ever had, so tasty and tender ☺️ and the waiters was so polite and friendly.

Last month I was on a night out with my boyfriend, we went to the restaurant, and this is the review I left:
"Went with my boyfriend yesterday, it was our first opportunity to go out without the kids, and he insisted to go to a "good food" place, and knowing the restaurant have quality beef, we decided to book a table. As soon as we came in, a waitresses, danish, doenst look young like the others, greeted us with an" Over there!" pointing to a table. We mentioned we have reserved, she simply repeated the gesture like we were ignored. Ordered, not available wine selection we wanted, we updated to a 300,00dkk more expensive bottle from the original, as her suggestion. Fine. We asked how was composed Surf and Turf for me ( boyfriend wanted the 600 grm steak ) and her answer was: "Youre not allowed to order only lobster." and we only wanted to know how to compose the dish. So we ordered as fast as we could. While eating, boyfriend went to toilet, they tried to remove hes plate, I said no. Told im to pay and we get out of there asap, not even time or mood for desert. Food deserve 4 / 5. Service its far far far from descent. Not impressed at all. At least the Kiwi community here is quite small, we will need suggestions for a better place now."
As an answer for the issue, on facebook, I got this follow up:
"We are so sorry about your experience and that the service did not live up to our standards. If you want to visit us again we would be happy to serve you and your boyfriend with our special Christmas menu. Let me know and I will make sure to book you a nice table."

So, I decided to contact them in private, because issues and mistakes can happen, and we never know if theres something wrong at that day, or if the service was having a bad flow, it can also happen. Also because I though that it was possible to fix issues without any bad publicity. But I got absolutely no more answer. And more reviews were present on facebook page about poor service.
The impression that it had remained? They dont really care. We know that service in Denmark is faaaar from been decent, but theres here not interest on fixing anything. Unfortunately.
