Very Poor Service Once Payment is Made
I have not received the order nor I have had any delivery information. Very poor. Happy to take the money upfront and then zero follow up for customer satisfaction. Never again.

Upon reviewing your order, it seems as though you wasn't notified via email regarding your estimated delivery date.
You placed your order on the 21st and the item was processed and shipped out on the 24th with the first delivery attempt being made on the 25th. The first delivery attempt was unfulfilled due to no response at the door, which caused a failed delivery.
Subsequently Royal Mail attempted to deliver over the course of the following working days, these were also failed, only being successful one week after being dispatched.
You have received your order and we hope you are happy with the product you ordered; as a gesture of goodwill we have sent you a discount code for future use.
