Great Experience ,
They told me my order will be delivered within 11 days and it was delivered in day 12 , The product was great. will order again !!!

Ordered and didn't receive an email about my tracking number or anything. Can't get a response from the company on their direct messaging chat option. So it's like they took my money and didn't even pretend to give me a tracking number. -_- And in my account it acts like I haven't Even placed am order even though they charged me.

Update #1 I received a fairly quick response from them regarding my issue and this is their response
"Thank you for contacting us,
First you didn’t receive a confirmation email because you didn’t put your email address when you placed your order.
The processing time is 72 hours and the estimate delivery time is 6-11 BUSINESS DAYS.
We have no problem if you want to cancel the order now please let us know.
You can’t leave a review because you didn’t even waited 48 hours.

If you want to cancel your order we will cancel it now and the refund should appear in your bank account within 3-7 days."

Although I was logged into my account when I placed the order, so I believe my email should have been linked to the order.

Update #2 (15 April 24) 3*
This morning I received my second response from them with the order 3 days after I placed the order it shows that the item has not yet been shipped.

Upset #3 (16 April 2024)
1:13pm receive an update for my order providing a tracking number, though the package hasn't been given to delivery service yet.

Update #4 (18 April 2024) 4*
The delivery service has my package and it says it will be delivered to me within 2 days from now. Once I get my package I will give final opinion. But considering how this started I am very much impressed with how they've handled my complaints.

Today I received my order. I'm going to leave this at 4 stars.
Initially I panicked because of the order number confusion I had with them, which admittedly very well could have been my fault. When I read the reviews I panicked even more because of the bad reviews I see which call this company a scam.
After I received my shipping information and began trading emails with them it went pretty smoothly. Considering it hasn't been all that long since my initial post.
Ultimately I think this company did a pretty good job. The only negative aspect is that they took a bit more time to respond to my email and messages than I was comfortable with .. I suppose I'm spoiled with instantly being able to contact whoever I'm buying from.
After this purchase I believe I'll continue doing business with them. And I'll tell others about them also. :)

Great pricing, incredibly hard to beat. If you’re willing to wait a little longer than typical delivery times it’s definitely worth it. Will order again!

I placed my order December 31st, 2023, a month later, didn’t receive anything . I contacted them to complain and I was told there was a problem with delivery, I was offered a free gift to not cancel the order .
A very inconvenient and frustrating situation. I just had to wait since I wasted over a month . Just a week ago I received my “free gift” .
They have the best deal in whey protein but be aware it’ll take you months to get your order so if you expect the product fast, it won’t happen.
Would I buy again … not sure .

Should receive product 2/4 days. 7 days later no product. Finally it arrived and they said make a post and have it free. The product is great

I purchased two items from reemalo on 11/27/23. It took almost a month to get one of the items in this order. That was only done by me having to send them multiple emails asking if this product was being shipped. It has been over three months and I still haven’t received the second item. I have sent multiple emails and when I get a response, it says “We are sorry about your order, give us a week and we will ship the rest of your order.” I have sent 5 emails to them and have not had a response in almost 3 weeks. At this point I am out of the money they charged me and still have no product and probably will not receive it. DO NOT order from this website. The prices sound great but you will not get your order.

Reemalo offers the best value currently available in the market for most of its products . I would definitely recommend this for folks who can wait a bit longer to receive their products . If they can improve their delivery time it will have best of both worlds .

This "company" is a scam. Do not get defrauded. They will take your money and not deliver as promised. Then you will receive many emails from them full of excuses as to why they did not deliver as promised and more lies about when the product will be delivered. They will finally lie to you by saying they will refund your money. Do not be fooled.

The products are cheaper BUT the shipping was bad. I can say they kept trying and I did receive my order. Maybe next time the shipping will be better.

Very good pricing on products, but time to ship is unacceptable. 5 star pricing + 1 star shipping = 3 star review.

REEMALO ou REMALO ce sont des escrocs: le 29 septembre 2023 j'ai commandé avec ma carte visa un contenant de 4,5 livres de protéines phase 8 de la marque MUSCLE TECH pour la somme de 43,99 $ sans aucune précision de date de réception.
N'ayant pas reçu ma commande je les ai contactés un mois après par l'intermédiaire de leur tchat pour savoir la date de livraison avec comme seule réponse une vue de plan aérienne google earth sur mon adresse avec un commentaire robotisé qui m'indique : "en cours de livraison".
Les autres essais suivants ont donné la même réponse inappropriée.
8 jours après donc le 6 novembre réception d'un email de Réemalo.com avec la réponse suivante :
" Merci pour ton e-mail ,
Nous sommes vraiment désolés pour le délai. Veuillez noter que la principale raison du délai est que nous avons rencontré un problème d'expédition mais qu'il a été résolu. Nous vous demandons d'attendre 5 à 8 jours pour recevoir votre commande. Est-ce que ça te va ? Encore une fois, nous sommes vraiment désolés pour ce problème." sans aucune précision sur la date de livraison. Depuis je les ai relancés plusieurs fois par mail et tchat pour avoir enfin la réception de ma commande déjà payée mais je n'ai pas eu de réponse à ce jour 22 novembre 2023. Aucune réponse ni livraison au 10 décembre, même par téléphone, je confirme l'escroquerie, ne pas tenir compte des témoignages positifs qui sont faux, ne commandez rien à REMALO vous perdrez votre argent !!!

REEMALO or REMALO they are scammers: on September 29, 2023 I ordered with my visa card a container of 4.5 pounds of phase 8 proteins from the MUSCLE TECH brand for the sum of $43.99 without any indication of the date of receipt.
Having not received my order, I contacted them a month later via their tchat to find out the delivery date with the only response being a Google Earth aerial plan view of my address with a robotic comment which tells me: "In the process of delivery".
Subsequent other trials yielded the same inappropriate response.
8 days later, on November 6, receipt of an email from Reemalo.com with the following response:
" Thank you for your email ,
We are very sorry for the delay. Please note that the main reason for the delay is that we encountered a shipping problem but it has been resolved. We ask that you wait 5-8 days to receive your order. Are you okay with ? Once again, we are really sorry for this problem." without any details on the delivery date. Since then I have contacted them several times by email and tchat to finally receive receipt of my already paid order but I have not received response to date November 22, 2023.
No response or delivery as of December 10, even by telephone, I confirm the scam, ignore the positive testimonials which are false, do not order anything from REMALO you will lose your money !!!

They promise a delivery date and refuse to send tracking. Still have not received an order placed over a month ago. The are not proactive.
Do not give them your business.
It is companies like this that deserve to fail.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I placed an order back in MAY. I am still waiting on 2 products of my original order. I have been getting told every couple of weeks when Reemalo finally does respond, that my order will be shipped within 48 hours. Please do not get fooled by this website with their low prices. I have given them more than enough time to ship my order. At this point, I could have walked there and picked up my order. Please spend a little bit more money on a trusted website and that will delivery and has a working customer service center. I can provide what correspondence I did have with them to prove that they have strung me along for 6 months and continued to lie to me every step of the way!

Huge Scam - withdrawal your money and does not send you anything. Costumer service does't reply. FAKE WEBSITE - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!

Prices are good , Delivery took about 13 days but everything was fine !
