My two boxes of dates arrived in perfect condition. The packaging is lovely, "gift ready," if you're planning on treating a friend or family member. The dates are plump and moist, not dried hard. The fillings are generous and marry well with the flavour of the dates. I bought the boxes with mixed fillings, nuts and dried/candied fruit. Nuts are always my favorite and the nuts were either the whole nut (cashews, hazelnuts) or a perfect half nut (pecans, walnuts). If you love nuts, there's nothing worse than to have a small nibble of a nut in something. I'd never before had candied ginger in a date and it was delicious. I'm taking the second box to a friend who needs a "pick-me-up" just now. I think this box of dates will be just the thing to do that!

I have tried nuts and fruits fillings and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of flavors. The date itself is the highest quality in the UK.
