I am talking about my pension, so I don't use these words lightly - OUTSTANDING - from the Inception of consolidating my many work pensions to the regular reviews and subsequent actions James Faley and Reeves provide have been nothing short of OUTSTANDING - I was missing out on so many opportunities and blindly leaving my multiple pots to stagnate - James Faley has TRANSFORMED by position to one where I now am in a position to retire with TOTAL confidence - I'm going to say it again -OUTSTANDING !

Another year, another annual review. As ever, nothing but praise for Reeves and my adviser of choice, Chris Lockerbie.

Sandy and her team were excellent collating all my pension details and creating a meaningful plan to get me to retirement. Totally helpful and constructive.

I discovered Reeves via a linkedin approach from them, offering me a pension review. Having worked in a wide number of organisations and with multiple pension schemes, I accepted the offer. An independent advisor, Adam Bateman, spent a considerable amount of time reviewing my schemes and making recommendations of how to best maximise my pensions. Some we kept where they were, as they were performing well, others were moved to Reeves management, where the options to grow were much higher. Kyle and the rest of the team have maintained constant communication and been very thorough. The meeting was in accordance with IFA, and not a sell. I've been really impressed by Reeves, they are professional, great communication, have my best interests in mind, and definitely no pressure. I would highly recommend them, the team and their approach. They are knowledgeable, informed and have a much wider portfolio of options which will, I hope, enhance my pensions into a more profitable long term investment.

Reeves Group does not act in the best interest of their clients. Their priority seems to be convincing you to invest with them, not delivering results. Their so-called investment strategy is extremely poor—returns are about 3% lower than other pension funds.
The consultants they assign are young and inexperienced, which became obvious in my case. The final straw was when they sold all my assets and left everything in cash for an entire month! What kind of investment company does that? I could have earned more by simply keeping my money in an ISA account.
My advice: you can listen to their nice sales pitch, but do not trust them with your money.

I was cold-contacted on linkedin by a young lady from Reeves Independent, she was offering a free pension review and was very polite and helpful. I went ahead, despite reservations based on the thought that you "don't get owt for nowt", because it was at the point I was looking at options and trying to work out whether I could stop work, so I figured what's the harm in another opinion.

I submitted data and went through a few calls with an advisor (sorry, I meant salesman) and was shocked by the service - it was a blatant attempt to move my funds onto their platform and investments, and as soon as they realised that I was financially literate and have used advisors for many years, they stopped responding and gave up trying to switch me over.

I do not believe they had my best interests at heart and I don't believe their advice was correct.

My advice is to avoid them at all costs.

Bradley Mason provided excellent, knowledgeable, clear, and logical advice - completely and exactly tailored to my particular financial situation.

Had a rare first class customer service experience with Reeves. Initially nervous about sharing information and being scammed I was very quickly offered reasurance and opportunity to do some further due diligence. Once into the process, communication was excellent throughout, provided information to enable Sandeep to deliver a really visual and impactful presentation on my pension summary. Could easily have tried to get fees out of me but they were transparent and advised nothing to do at this time and that I was on the right track for now. Really impressive experience and congrats to Sandeep and her wider team. Highly recommend.
