This company sells THE BEST printing paper/cardstock i have found, my prints are AMAZING on their carstock! I have spent years finding the right cardstock for my printer, so that my customers get the best quality and this is THE BEST I've ever used! I had an issue recently due to item having damaged corners in the post which made my printer hate this and when i reached out, they packaged my next order SO WELL that i can now print every order perfectly! Thank you!!!!! My new go to for all my print supplies!

Probably the fortht ime I have used this company and I have always been happy with them. However this weekend they have excelled themselves. I accidently ordered a pack of cartridges that did not contain black. I realised my mistake Saturday morning when it arrived, ordered the black cartridge and it arrived today, Sunday. So refresh cartridges shipped it same day on a Saturday and Royal Mail delivered it overnight on a Sunday. Brilliant.

I had some issues with the inks not working with my HP 7220 Printer, I emailed the customer services about my issue and they were so helpful even offered to ring me if I was not understanding, fast replies and quick resolution, sent me out a replacement and received the next day. Will 100% use this company for the foreseeable ! Great Customer Service Credit to Chris Stewart and Victoria Yates. Very happy customer now I can finally use my printer :)

On Wednesday 7 August 2024 I was attended to by Dan who was attempting to sort out a problem that I had with my printer & he was magnificent, nothing was too much trouble. Please use this shop for your computer needs.

I have an older printer, the refilled cartridges are sometimes defective, however there's never a problem as the staff understand this and always respond efficiently and very helpfully, replacement items usually come the next morning, even on a bank holiday (on one occasion) Supply and cost are the best I've come across.

Having previously used this Company they are the first I visit when requiring Printer supplies for my Xerox WorkCentre 3225 Laser printer. I have just received a pack of TWO compatible Toners for £30.97. Ordered yesterday and delivered today. Xerox Toners for my printer are around £70~£75 EACH. I have therefore saved myself well in excess of £100. Absolutely first class service, above and beyond.
As a footnote I had a query regarding my printer which was replied to the same day. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere. Many thanks.

Ordered on the 30th April Dispatched on the 30th April got them on the 1st May Good and quick service and the postage is free

They used to be good, but recently I've been unimpressed with their inks. The last batch I bought from them haven't lasted at all well. Short print runs have consumed whole cartridges. Unbelievable.
Shan't buy from them again.

I bought some replacement cartridges from the Paignton branch the previous day but one cartridge would not be recognised by my printer . It was explained at this visit that if I had a problem to bring the cartridge back with the printer and help would be at hand .
On my return I was seen by AJ who was so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable . The printer was sorted and even had a mini service with a clean up .
Service could not have been better , thank you AJ .

Refresh inks is a great company and goes above and beyond what you would expect. I had a faulty cartridge and called them and spoke to Matthew who without hesitation said they would replace it right away. and good to his word it arrived the next morning.
Free first class postage. The fact that I didn't have the original packaging was not a problem. I was really pleased with their helpfulness ( GREAT COMPANY ) I look forward to doing business with them in the future
