This was my first time purchasing an item from Refreshedbyus and the item was delivered real quick and is working perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a computer.

Good value
Good value, fast delivery and very secured! Everything packed nicely and wrapped in a box. The monitor is in an excellent condition, no marks and function perfectly as described. Overall great value for a second-hand items and I think it's a lot better than having to keep buying new :)

Service is decent but CX website experience is brutal
Product is decent, but the website and CX with the site is terrible. Was able to log on to purchase, but have been unable to log on since, I have validated that i am using the correct password. Even when i try to reset the password, it doesn't send me any email to do so. I have an account which i can't log onto.

Great little laptop
Although the laptop didn't quite arrive inn the timescale I paid for, they reduced me the difference very easily. As for the laptop, I am delighted with it and would definitely but from them again.

Researched quite a lot of recycling…
Researched quite a lot of recycling companies and this one IMHO came out top. The laptop I brought was reasonably priced and fit for my purpose. I have yet to send my old laptops to them for recycling, but it's only a matter of time and an email to arrange collection. Whole process has been so easy. Good communications.

Great deals and great products
This was a great deal on a machine that I know has been well looked after and refurbished. With the 12 month warranty I am confident I will get support if needed on this. This is the second machine I have purchased from this group.
