I never received my order. They kept telling us that royal mail had lost our gaming computer twice. I then asked fir ky money back and a month later I still haven't got my mine back. I am now taking legal action
I purchased a refurbished laptop online through their site. After a week I had received no confirmation and no delivery. I talked to them several times and was told that it was on the way, Royal mail had lost it, it was at a depot. Eventually they offered an alterative which they assured me was comparable. Something did eventually arrive, after several phone calls, but it in no way resembled what I'd ordered. More discussions on phone and promises of sending missing memory - nothing delivered. I had paid by mastercard but could not use section 75 to reclaim anything since the payment had been routed though Worldpay. So buyer beware and go to a reputable company instead.
