Big scammers

Big scammers, never buy from them. Bought 4000€ furniture and never received it and also not the money back.

December the 26 th 2024, I paid 175€ for a table that I never received. They don’t give a follow link and they never answer when contacted. I can Read that there are many customers in the same situation.
I tried again to contact them May 2025 , no return
There is always a consierje who accepts the parcels .There were no delivery from REGALDEKOR.
WE Contacted you to arrange a delivery but there is no return from your side .When we call, someone tell us that you will call back....
Never happened.
Never buy there, you will loose your money.

We sincerely regret any confusion regarding your order. We would like to clarify that we have made two delivery attempts. The first time, in January, the delivery service was unable to complete the delivery because you were outside of Spain. Later, on Wednesday, May 7, we received your request for a new shipment, which was processed without any additional charge and sent on May 8.

Today, seven days later and still within the delivery period, you have informed us that you no longer wish to receive the order. There is no issue in canceling your request, but it is important to note that the order has not been delivered because you have rejected the delivery on two occasions.

We regret any inconvenience and remain at your disposal for any further inquiries.

Queremos aclarar que hemos realizado dos intentos de entrega. La primera vez, en enero, el servicio de transporte no pudo completar la entrega porque usted se encontraba fuera de España. Posteriormente, el pasado miércoles 7 de mayo, recibimos su solicitud para un nuevo envío, el cual fue gestionado sin ningún cargo adicional y enviado el día 8 de mayo. Hoy, siete días después y estando todavía dentro del plazo de entrega, nos indica que ya no desea recibir el pedido. No hay ningún inconveniente en cancelar su solicitud, pero es importante señalar que el pedido no ha sido entregado debido a que usted rechazó la entrega en dos ocasiones.

They send SPAM to non-customers.

I have never been a customer to them and they send SPAM.

I have never been a customer to them, and they send me SPAM to my email, I called to ask where they took the information and they tell me in very bad words to go "a tomar por el...". Yes, very rude out of the blue.

If i could attach screenshots I would attach the email I received from them to properly show what they send. I do not know where they take the personal information from, i am 100% sure it's not from me.

PD: respecto a la respuesta de regaldekor.com: que llamara a su numero de telefono de la web (les tratara respetuosamente de usted) y me mandaran "a tomar por el..." no es ningún error, y veo que ese tipo de trato se menciona en otras reseñas.

We ordered two beds to be shipped to…

We ordered two beds to be shipped to Mallorca. I spoke to Someone on WhatsApp kept me informed about the Transport. It was delivered in more or less the timeframe that said online. I just wish the handling was a little bit quicker as it took them a week to send the parcel to DHL. The order showed up two days late, but DHL had it in Majorca and didn’t deliver right away not fault so it’s not their fault.
