We have been using Regency Recycle for the last 6 months for our business waste. They have always gone above and beyond, we can’t thank them enough and will continue to use them

Absolutely fantastic service. We use them for different services and requirements and they always provide a top class service. Helpful, efficient, friendly, punctual, reliable and above all else, respond so quickly - highly recommend Rebecca, Simon and the team.

My basement flat was flooded in a torrential downpour one evening this summer. Most of my furniture and belongings were ruined and had to be discarded immediately. I was referred to Regency Recycling for junk removals and I’m so glad to have discovered them. They were available to come rather quickly, when most other companies were fully booked. The men who came were not only punctual but went above and beyond. They took care not to remove anything that was being kept, and were really communicative the whole time. It also helped that they had cheery attitudes despite the mucky job and me being a bit morose about the situation. A little laugh and smile goes a long way!

My one complaint is that their Luton ban wasn’t big enough to hold half the items of a 2-bedroom flat, even though I booked the XXL removal. I called them to book another follow-up removal, and Rebecca incredibly booked me in for the next day. Thank you all for your help. This was a messy job, and I’d be in a real jam without them. Book them if you can, they’re worth every penny.

The attitude of these workers is disgusting.
Instead of using the ramps to take big pieces of rubbish ie: freezer, they throw them over the railings, missing parked cars by inches. I would never recommend, this idiotic company to anyone.

The team at Regency Recycle are very reliable and professional. Always going the extra mile to make sure the job is done properly. I use their services regularly because from the minute I book the customer service is impeccable. I have no hesitation in recommending their service to anyone.

Good communication and arrived when they said. Very professional and a great crew on site for the clearance. Will definitely use again.

Used Regency Recycle for the first time for a high end retail client in the West End. Cannot fault any stage of the process, the set us was easy, the collections went according to plan and I had a waste transfer note send over to me quickly. Regency are an excellent business that always deliver a punctual professional service. Even on a Saturday night they responded to an emergency situation in central London and were onsite within 2 hours.

Care, explanation, execution as they described and costs as quoted - what's not to like! The team take the strain away, I was quite stressed the first time I used them and they simply sorted things with a smile.
