A brilliant place to work where everyone's main focus is ensuring that all children are raised in a loving, safe and supportive environment. We strive everyday to make sure that children in care are given equal opportunities as those who are raised within their birth families, so they can achieve their full potential. Regional Fostering support all members of staff, Foster Carers and Looked After Children in their individual journey's.

I have recently joined the RFS London team as a supervising social worker. I believe they are doing an amazing job with the foster carers and the children and young people that are placed with them. RFS is a great company and very supportive of their employees. It is brilliant to see all the amazing and brilliant work they have done with the foster carers and children placed with them. It is very rewarding helping and supporting a foster carer that is committed to make a difference in children’s lives and guide them to progress and meet all needs related to the children, could also see them progress and develop to adolescence and adulthood.

I have been the operations manager at RFS for 5 years. I am so proud of the enormous achievements our children make. We are all one big family and to see the feedback we receive from carers , professionals and children makes it all worth while. I love my job.

I joined RFS in October 2020 as a Supervising Social Worker and I am proud to be part of a supportive, caring and dedicated team.

Foster carers, children and young people are offered various methods of support and guidance which is tailored to meet their individual needs and wishes. I am excited for my future career with RFS.

I have recently gone through the recruitment process with RFS and it was a very positive experience. The interview was well structured, Hannah and Ashlea made me feel at ease throughout the interview. The team have made me feel so welcome and I already feel very supported in my new role by all members of staff. I am looking forward to a long career with RFS.

Regional Fostering Services seems to have an ethos of caring as much about their foster carers as they do the children we look after.

Having support is key in providing young people a stable, loving home whilst they are in care, enabling the child to overcome trauma in a positive environment.

Every child is an individual and Regional Fostering understand this; treating carers as professionals who know the child, working with them and listening to their views on what that child needs to blossom and grow.

The training is easy to access, interesting and friendly, not only learning but getting to know the other foster carers, building a network.

RFS have helped me through difficult situations, which they resolved easily with no stress. All the staff have been amazing from the directors to the office admin, and most importantly my supervising social worker!

Fostering has taught us so much more than we could ever imagine. It taught us to be determined to change this child’s life around for the better and mostly show them a better way of life so when they leave they can continue and break the cycle they have been taken out of.

That feeling of love and satisfaction when you know that child had moved on independently or finished school with good results, gone off to uni, no one can take that away.

There have been tears of sadness when kids have been adopted and tears of happiness when you know it’s all worked out for the best.

It’s a different journey with each child some whom you will love more than others but a journey you will never regret.

They treat their carers with the upmost respect, working in partnership with carers and other professionals to help develop strong, stable and supported placements. Enabling their carers to provide the high quality care to the children and young people placed with them.

Regional Fostering Services go above and beyond to support their carers and ensure the voice of the child and carers are heard and considered at all times. They provide consistent, fair and honest support and guidance.
