The course was delivered 100% online, which made it highly flexible and easy to complete alongside regular work responsibilities. Overall, the course was well-structured and user-friendly. The content was broken into manageable sections, and the video format helped maintain engagement and kept me on track throughout the training. The material effectively covered the key components of animal food safety and preventive controls clearly and practically. One minor issue I encountered was within the quiz functionality. In a few instances, questions were marked incorrect even though the “corrected” answer provided appeared to be the same as the original response selected. While this did not significantly impact overall progress, it was somewhat confusing.
