great product. However needed to change name to correct upper cursor, also the writing on the board for the videos are a bit small especially in the later chapters.

I was very satisfied with the course easy and understandable.
I believe the product content was excellent . I had a little trouble with the video and slides matching up. The 12 to 14 hours suggested to complete the course didn't match the internal suggested times of 19 hrs , but I believe I would use the service again and suggest it to others. It was a good option with a year to finish the course and the ability to review and retake the tests as needed really allowed me to absorb the material content given the HACCP training was new to me. A good mix of instructions and excersizes

I like the way it was laid out, and I like the last two learning measure
The training was good and I learned a lot. The quiz questions were sometimes worded in a way that was hard to interpret. The answer description after getting one wrong didn't always explain what it should have been. The instructor could have been more engaging and had more enthusiasm.
I like the way the videos were developed and the tests. I took this course because I have taken this course once in Spanish language, so I do this in English Language. What made me took this course is that is approved by International HACCP Alliance.
It was very informational and the examples made you think and I feel like were a good application of the principles that needed to be retained.
