I purchased a reg plate from dvla as a…
I purchased a reg plate from dvla as a gift for my partner. I sent in the documents to this company for the plates to be made up which were in my name with a different nominee name (who it was for). They sent out the reg plate with it written in pen on the front of the envelope what was on it!
The person who it was for then seen it when it was delivered. When I emailed to question why it had been wrote on the front I was told I should of let them know it was a gift. HOW was I supposed to know they were going to write what was inside on the front of the envelope. I have NEVER known any company write what is inside your package on the front. Ruined a birthday gift and will not be using again.

As we explained people usually tell us if they are a gift and we can disguise the package and not include any information of the parcels as to what they are and where they are from.
