Great tool for today's investor, very well thought out and developed here by a long time USA investor that has lots of World experience. Easy to use and lots of tutorials and live USA based support to get you up to speed in a hurry. Highly recommend it.

Just recommended RehabValuator to someone who contacted me this morning seeking private money funding for a deal.

I advised them to utilize this tool to analyze the deal before reaching out to a lender to make sure they had a fundable deal.

In just 3-4 minutes, I was able to assess the deal and inform them that it wasn't something I could assist with.

How did I do this?
I simply asked four questions:

What's the property address?
What's your acquisition price?
How much rehab is needed?
What do you estimate the home could sell for?

Then, I clicked on the comps tab and selected the ones I found suitable. The projected profit for the buyer was $10K to $15K, assuming everything went as planned.

It was an easy and quick decision for me, made possible by having the right tool at hand.

I am a former construction project manager now realtor and have been focused on working with my buyers. I bought RV Premium a few months ago and have been putting off using it, thinking "I need time to work on it". A few nights ago, I made myself open it up to try to create a buyer and a lender presentation. Seriously, it took me about a couple of hours to put a full presentation together (including looking at training videos, creating a couple of different versions and manually adding more recent comps from MLS.) The presentations look pretty great! I am so on fire now to start looking for and presenting deals so that I can start flipping houses. Amazing, easy to use, software!!!!!

What I like about RehabValuator is that it's not just a software company but also an education platform that really strives to take you to the next level. This is a tremendous piece of software, one that it’s developer started sharing with this community quite a few years ago. Like for free. Overly complicated “program”. Save your money use an excel spreadsheet.

Rehab valuator is a superb company and worth every penny! Not only are they extremely knowledgeable and provide massive value to their members, they also have exceedingly high levels of integrity. I pay for my membership every month, even though I don’t get to use it as often as I would like, because they so generously share amazing amounts of knowledge and time And I always learn some thing when I participate.

I started using Rehabvaluator 3 years ago. It was a great software then, but an even better software now. If you struggle to learn it, just take the time to go through each tutorial. Every section has a tutorial (that's what the video icon is for) and it is great for analyzing deals. Calculates how much to actually pay for a property. And if you go outside of those calculations, that's your risk and has nothing to do with the software. The numbers don't lie. I started using the project management as well and it was a game changer. During my projects.

I have been a real estate investor for over 40 years now and have seen it all and there is nothing I have come across that beats Rehabvaluator! Period!

For the price, this is the best, robust software I've ever used! And it keeps on getting better!!
