I am happy with the item but on the first day I wore it, when I bent to tighten a shoe lace, the support bar on the right side snapped. It is still useable but I tried to message via two different ways to see if I could get a replacement bar, but have had no response. I have bought a second one, for use when it is being cleaned and have had no problem with that one. They do help with supporting the back. I have had others before but they were mainly for lower back. This one gives me support higher up where I need it as well. I find the protectors for the underarms/ shoulder area, tend to slip around a bit. I may need to stitch them in place where I need them. But I DO like the product.

A positive experience all round
Ordering from the website was user friendly, parcel was promptly dispatched and has been well received by my daughter who is in stroke recovery. The sling is soft, comfortable and easy to put on and remove.

I purchased a digiwrap too size 2 for my toe in feb 2021 . The service is great but not the product. It’s not a good quality. It was good for 2 weeks but after that the Velcro keeps coming off loose when it’s stuck on to the strap part.
Though it’s a good product but the material needs improvement.
