And at decent pricing.
Delivery to Antwerp (Belgium) was rapid and smooth.
The packing was absolutely superb. Even the tiniest

It was a pleasure to unpack the dozens of little trifles,
trying to catch Reichelt for an imperfection in their

I used to purchase from reichelt as they had some things I couldn't find elsewhere but they no longer ship to the UK so I'm now unable to get them or have to pay RS a huge markup. Not sure why they no longer ship as I've had other things come from Germany through DHL and DPD

I did an order a month ago of two items I needed quickly, they were all available on the website.
After some days they said that one items will be shipped in 4 months… 4 months!!!!
So I replied that I wanted to cancel my order because I can’t wait this much and I am not paying the shipment for just one item.
At first they agreed and told me that the payment would have been refunded in 3 days max, so far so good.
Now it has passed almost a month, and they do not respond anymore at my emails; I can’t even do a complaint with PayPal because the authorization is still in progress (but they took my money).

Why no UK shipping
Why no UK shipping? You ship to the rest of the world. Is this just brexit bias? Exporting from Germany to anywhere else outside the EU would only be the same.
I have in the past been very happy with your products and services, now I cant even complain about them.

Nach telefonischer Rückfrage der Verfügbarkeit habe ich am 25.08 um 13:32 relativ große Bleiakkus bestellt und diese sehr gut verpackt nur 2 Tage später am 27.08. um 13:40 erhalten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Terrible shop, worse customer service
Terrible shop. Item arrived with defects. Communication is slow, rude, their store policies are inflexible even if they do not make any sense. Certainly not customer friendly. They are the reason why other webshop owners fly into space while these guys ride the high horse they sit on.

Reichelt has returned the money. Sorry that DPD is not able to deliver to our home.
In the far past we had a good experience with Reichelt bij ordering all kind of stuff including a Shuffle Barbone, SSD drives, ADSL modems, Network equipment, Garmin stuff etc. They all deliverd with the France Post without a problem. The problems started in 23-07-2020 (order# I-479883) with the delivery, not with the stuff. They told me to change the distribution, reason to trust them again and placed a new order ( I-497519 from 13.03.2021)
Facts and figures about our order (EX-08195903322)
15-03-2021 we have received par email the “versandinfo” with tracking number DPD.
14-03-2021 The coli was arrived in Lezingan -Corb in France, a distribution centre near our village and went out for delivery.
At 09:06 we have received a text message that the coli would be delivered this day with an 4 digit code for security.
At 13:06 we got a telephone call from the driver that he was a little bit delayed, he was in a village 8km from our house and that it would be delivered later this day.
In the evening we looked to the tracking site DPD and saw that the package was deliverd at 13:09.
Fact: we have never received a coli, never authorized others to receive that package, never signed a document related to this coli and never give the Pin code to somebody else.
25-03-2021 09:18 we have informed per email Reichelt about this issue.
26-03-2021 13:40 we received a respons from Reichelt with the request to fill out a form (DPD) and send back 27-03-2021 10:45
Since then (31/03/2021 10:00) no response at all from Rechelt and no coli.
Fact is that the PIN for scurity the delivery is a Farce(!) and not secure while it is possible
to give the coli the status “delivered” without the matching PIN.
Great products at low prices
Bought a cpu cooler and a screwdriver. The package was protected so well that you could play football with it without damaging the products inside. Low prices, shipping on time and excellent customer service.

Reichelt is the worst supplier of all times
Last time I've stated that Reichelt is German Aliexpress, but I have realized now that such comparison is unjustified - Chinese are running a decent business whilst Reichelt is a bunch of lazy incompetent people. Recently I've ordered simultaneously from Reichelt and from some Chinese shops at eBay and Aliexpress. Meanwhile, I have already recieved parcels from China while Reichelt hasn't even bothered to start processing my order.
My final decision is to purchase serious things from dependable and serious Suppliers: Farnell and Mouser. Good riddance Reichelt. I was an idiot who gave Reichelt the 2nd chance. Howewer, I've realised meanwhile that they are not just absolutely incompetent - they are liars too.
Pathetic Company
Pathetic Company. Ordered a product on the 8th of January. Was supposed to receive it within 2-5 working days. I did not receive it till 17th January. On 18th January I called the reichelt.de and asked to refund the money. They said will receive it within 2-3 days and today is 25th January and have not received the money yet. I called again today and got the same reply that you will receive the money within 2-3 days. Never order a product from this company.

Shipping to Ireland again
[Update]: Reichelt has resumed shipping to Ireland so all in the world is well again. Revising rating. Previous orders have been trouble free. Reserving fifth star until I experience customer service response to order issues, should I encounter any.

I used Reichelt in the past without issue. I just went to order something and found that Ireland was missing from the delivery country list. I found that strange as they ship to many countries around the world, from Botswana to Bolivia to Japan, yet Ireland, which is part of the EU, is missing.
I also noticed that the UK is no longer there, which I can only assume is due to Brexit. Ireland, however, is NOT part of the UK and did NOT leave the European Single Market.
On contacting Reichelt they said that they don't have a shipping partner that will deliver to Ireland!! What??? I have ordered many things from other EU business without issue. Also, my last order from Reichelt was delivered by DHL (who is listed as a delivery partner on their site). I've just contacted DHL to see if they were still shipping from Germany to Ireland and they confirmed that the were - business as usual. Not good enough Reichelt!

Irresponsible Company That Just Takes Money
I purchased an item in August of 2020 and after two months I received an email stating that they had not received my order so it couldn't be shipped. I kept receiving these emails and upon asking them they said that there was still no product to be delivered. In December 2020 I had had enough and asked for a refund. In the email it was stated that my order was cancelled and my money would be returned after 3-4 business days. It is January 11 2021 and I still haven't received my money. I am in the process of filing an official complaint to the authorities to just try and get my money back

I ordered an item on 29/10/2020, which was marked as "In stock".
I received an automatic email saying it would have been shipped on 02/11.
Then another one claiming the shipment would have been done on 11/11.
Then another saying "18/11/2020: confirmed".
Then another saying "on the way". From this moment it was just silence: no idea where the item was, no tracking number nothing.
I sent several emails for days on end, no answer.
Then another automatic email: "02/12/2020".
I sent another river of emails until *a human* answered:
"This is the first message we have received from you. I have asked the responsible product manager. He informed me that the article will probably arrive in calendar week 52."
"Calendar week 52": wow, such a clear communication to the customer.
I complained that:
- the item marked as "in stock"
- after more than a month after my purchase my item was still missing in action
- my mails where sent to the address SUGGESTED ON THEIR WEBSITE
Response:
- "stocks are only snapshots": WHAT? So you take my money but you do not care if the item is available or not?
- "info @ reichelt.de is also our email address, but it takes a little longer to receive the email in our department". Just no comment.
I finally received a last automatic mail today: "The item is not available any longer".
I asked for a refund: no response yet.
End result is: almost 2 months ago I payed for an item I badly needed. I received no item and my money are gone.
STAY AWAY FOR THIS SELLER: they show no respect for the end user.

Massive thank you !
I was very happy with my first order made some time in the middle / end of November 2020, reasonably quick process and delivery times. Unfortunately, the part was malfunctioning after about a week, so I opened a ticket, explaining the issue. I received an email soon after ( it took two days, I guess ) saying that the replacement part was shipped to me to the UK with no additional costs. It arrived really well packed and fast. Seems to me like a trustworthy supplier.

Delayed the delivery for three weeks…
Delayed the delivery for three weeks because of one missing part. Other Electronics retailers are sending a partial delivery in this case.
After three weeks, one part was sold out because they have not held it back to my order.
