I had a fantastic experience with REIS…

I had a fantastic experience with REIS Jewellery. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel genuinely valued and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The jewellery itself is beautifully made, elegant, and feels very high quality.

What really stood out was the level of customer care — everyone was patient, knowledgeable, and passionate about their products. It’s rare to find both exceptional jewellery and such warm, attentive service in one place. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend REIS Jewellery to anyone looking for something special.

Extremely Poor Delivery Service, Late Delivery and Failed — I Do Not Recommend This Company

I bought a bracelet on February 11th to make Valentine’s Day special for my girlfriend. The company never sent a tracking number, so after three days I contacted them asking why I still hadn’t received any delivery information. They told me they would contact me when the item was delivered, but I received no communication at all. The standard delivery was supposed to be 2–5 business days, yet I got nothing and was left waiting with no updates.

On February 20th, I reached out again to ask why the bracelet still had not been shipped and why they hadn’t provided a tracking number — and they told me the item was out of stock. So they sold me something they didn’t even have in stock, which is completely unacceptable.

Throughout this process I repeatedly asked for a refund because my girlfriend’s schedule meant she would be away, and the delivery kept being delayed with no solution from them. Even after I made it clear I no longer wanted the item, they insisted they might still send it. I set a final deadline of February 21st, but the item still didn’t arrive.

Despite my detailed explanations that I couldn’t receive the package and that standard delivery was already past, they sent the parcel while my girlfriend wasn’t home. Because the company requires a signature for jewellery deliveries, the courier could not leave it without one — exactly the situation I had warned about.

I even tried to have the courier leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour by using the delivery code sent to my personal phone, but the company insisted on a mandatory signature. I told them this requirement was preventing me from arranging a safe-place or neighbour delivery, yet they refused, again repeating that because they are jewellers, a signed delivery is compulsory as part of their general procedure.

Instead of resolving anything, I wasted half of my Saturday communicating with them by email and phone, lost time, and ended up more frustrated. They then sent me a refund link — but this link insists I return an item I don’t have because it was never delivered to me. I informed them of this repeatedly, but still nothing was resolved.

They promised on a Monday that they would manually fix this issue — yet I am still waiting with no update, no refund, and no resolution after 12 days (only about 8 official business days). This is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. My girlfriend had previously bought something for me from the same company about six months ago, and that order also had very late delivery and poor service — so my experience now is clearly not a one-off. Back then I was lucky it still arrived, but this time I paid for a product I never received, and despite asking for a refund repeatedly, I’ve still had no real solution.
