I received my product and it was working very good initially but from past two weeks there a problem with it, i don't know where to contact. I bought from TJC, called them as the product comes with a life time guarantee. TJC asked me to contact the manufacturer.
Got my product now after buying it from sweatcoin and it works amazing just as specified, plus the quality is better than expected too. Love it!
Item orederd days ago and still the shipping has not been made. No news,no update and i don’t know where the order is.
Paid with Sweatcoins and they don’t even care. The issue was already been reported to Sweat App.
On their website state that orders are processed within 24h but the order is not even processed. For what reason we pay shipment fees when you are not able to process and can not ship the order?
