Worst customer service I have ever had i bought Mesoestetic melajo trans peel but they charged 2 times and they sent me 1 damaged item and another one then i returned the duplicate order it’s already been a week still didn’t receive my refund and I sent proof of damaged and leaking item they even didn’t bother o refund my money never recommend this page I feel like I m already been scammed per package £76.75 it’s almost £143.50

To confirm, you were not charged twice by us. Due to a technical issue during checkout, a duplicate order was placed. As we did not receive any communication prior to dispatch, both orders were shipped.
Although the items are normally non-returnable under our policy, we made an exception and accepted the return of the duplicate order. A refund has already been requested with our finance team. Please note that, due to the bank holiday, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
In addition, the issue regarding the damaged product in transit has been escalated, and we have initiated a claim with DHL on your behalf. Compensation will be arranged as soon as we receive their response.
We would like to reassure you that this is not a case of any wrongdoing, but rather a combination of a duplicate order and a transit issue—both of which we have actively worked to resolve.

This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. The website clearly advertised “free next day delivery” for orders over £100, which is exactly why I placed an order worth £145. However, this promise was not fulfilled — my order is now expected to arrive 5 days later.
This is false advertising and completely unacceptable. Customers should not be misled into spending more money based on delivery claims that are not honoured. If you cannot provide next day delivery, you should not promote it.

To clarify, our website clearly stated that to receive your order before the bank holiday, it needed to be placed before 5pm on Wednesday 2nd. Orders shipped on Thursday were therefore scheduled for delivery on Tuesday.
This is because Friday through Monday were non-working days due to the bank holiday, and our delivery service operates on a next working day basis rather than next calendar day.

Not the authentic product
Ordered a Mesoestetic Cosmelan 2 online & went to collect from their London office. A product I have used on/off for 3-4 years previously ordered directly from Mesoesetetic. On opening the jar it was immediately apparent the product was not the same. The colour was caramel shade & on dipping my finger in the pot it was oily the authentic Cosmelan is a beige brown & has a slight rough feel. I was reluctant to put this on my face if it was not the ‘real deal’ so I called Mesoestetic & explained to them & told them I had purchased this from Reliance Medical who are selling “authentic” Mesoestetic products on their website only to be told they are not a genuine approved supplier of their products. When I told Reliance about me findings they said they don’t do returns. I sent then pic of the jar I had been using from Mesoestetic & their version & said it was obviously not the same thing. They eventually agreed to return my money so I took the product back to the London office and was told refund would be in 2-5 days. I eventually got it back in my account 10 days later. Do not believe they are selling you the authentic product
