Don’t waste your money on them. My level 2 survey didn’t mention anything about incorrectly fitted windows that caused dampness and wall problems and said NOTHING about faulty heat pump that was leaking and covered in rust. You don’t need a heat engineer to point out that something doesn’t look right! Band of useless morons and not surveyors. Stay away if you can.

I was thinking level 2 survey would help me to bring some satisfactory outcome but I didn't know it's just a ordinary inspection. It's has been checked whatever we see from outside. I got so many times calls and email to attract me before taking this service as a marketing. In addition, the quotation price was £449.99 however, other survey companies come with include VAT. But once I made payment £499.99 prior to do survey, it seemed to me there was no interest on me because I didn't receive any call back about the payment has been done. And the survey report reminds me the course work or thesis I used to do in in my university as every time I had to come with an idea, views or possibilities outcome.

We wanted to establish any property issues we had prior to selling our house. Reliable Property Group completed a Household 2 survey within 48 hours of our initial enquiry. The full 96 page report was with us within 5 days from the survey being undertaken. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Unfortunately, while the conveyancer was excellent, the company comes across as a little suspect - my request for a discount made by email was ignored and the same discount was also not processed following a phone call during which I was told payment would be made. I have subsequently followed up again but I am still waiting for payment.... it is almost like they are trying to avoid paying and hope I go away....

I must say the service at Reliable Surveyors was indeed the best I've received, having purchased property previously, this time using Reliable it was far superior to any service received before. Kim Ding completed such a comprehensive report including the photographs taken for the Homebuyers report. The whole process was carried out with precision. As a first time buyer, the whole buying process, and particularly having a survey, is really daunting. However, our experience with Reliable made having a survey super straightforward. I chose Reliable surveyors because they gave me a very competitive quote. I am very happy with the service i received, from sales to the actual survey. they were honest, transparent and very professional. Kin Ding, the surveyor that did my survey was amazing. She was very thorough and went above and beyond the call of duty and was friendly, professional, patient and thorough and answered all my questions. She was always available for follow up question. I can’t recommend Kim Dong enough.

I agreed a price of just over £500 with Ryan Clarke of the company for a measurement survey of a commercial property we were looking to buy in the area of their office. I paid the charge by credit card. After the surveyor visited the sight I got a call from their manager saying that there was an error on quote and the company wanted nearly £2500 for the report giving the reason of cost of insurances for the report which seemed a lame excuse. The firm refused to release the measurement of the property with out any insurance and returned the monies paid back to credit card.
Can not trust this business for anything they do.

I had a quick, seamless process - from booking to receiving my report was less than a week.

I found Reliable Surveyors on a price comparison website for local surveyors, and received a call the following morning from Jordan with a quotation, a sample report and to let me know they had an available slot in two days. I explained I was calling around for the best deal and he agreed to hold the slot for a couple of hours whilst I completed my search.

In the end I opted for Reliable, their quotation was mid range of the six I received, but I chose them as I was happy with the reviews, their details all checked out with the RICS website and I was impressed with Jordan's customer service. Once all the paperwork was signed and fee paid, they contacted the estate agent and arranged for the surveyor to enter the property the same day.

As promised, the survey was completed on the scheduled date, and I was told I'd have the final report within 5 working days. It turned out to be just 3 days in the end, and I am very happy with it. It is comprehensive and thorough but very easy to read and digest, and the surveyor also let me know her availability should I have any questions on it. The report has prompted us to ask some questions with the Environment Agency on our property that we would never have known about, but will also be a very handy to-do list for some minor repairs and also includes some very useful advice on areas that were in the red and amber sections.

All in all I'm very happy with Reliable and I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend, and special thanks to Jordan, Claire and Lesley for such efficient and high quality service.
