I used Reliable Property Group after reading online reviews. The homebuyer survey was carried out quickly by Joshua King and he produced a very comprehensive report. Jordan Lee, manager was also very helpful when I needed advice post survey. Very professional organisation.

I don’t often write reviews but really 10/10 for Reliable Property Group. The customer service was excellent, the speed with which the report was produced was excellent, the report itself was great - they truly are Reliable! I had an issue along the way which the resolved very kindly and quickly for me. I will definitely be using this company again. :)

Reliable Property Group did a homebuyer survey for me before I purchased my home and I found their price reasonable in comparison to others. The surveyor was able to attend the property quickly but unfortunately the report produced was inaccurate and this led to me potentially overpaying for the property. The report incorrectly stated that there are 4 bedrooms in the property when only 3 can legally be counted as bedrooms due to the height of one door. Surely an experienced, professional surveyor would know that. The report also incorrectly stated that all the windows were double glazed when 7 out of 10 are actually single glazed. When I raised this issue with the company they lied that the report didn't say "all" the windows but I have a copy of the report which clearly says "full double glazing throughout". It seems this company cuts corners and probably just reuses wording from previous reports without properly updating them. I am disappointed especially that after being made aware of their error, there has been no effort to remedy the situation. I would avoid this company by all means.

What a RAY of sunshine Ray has been!!
From the moment we first spoke to him til now where we at almost at exchange and completion, he has been quick with his responses and helpful always.
The survey process was explained well and he arranged for this with quickly and stress free.
He kept checking in every so often and making sure we’re stress free.
He also managed to organise a brilliant mortgage broker for us who was able to beat our existing quote.
