No Customer Service

No customer service at all.

A job listing under their company was on Indeed. After applying and going through, it seemed like a scam when talking with the recruiter. When trying to contact the actual company with the support email on their site to see if it was a legitimate recruiter, they completely ignored the email.

Be wary of this company and any job listings under their name.

Suspicious, or just REALLY poor customer service

I found this website after being recommended a supplement that I was having trouble finding locally. I signed up to the website and was sent a text saying a 20% discount would be "automatically added to my cart at checkout" (a code was not provided). The website also informed me that I would receive the goods the same week, so I checked out. The code never applied, so I contacted the seller (via their Gmail address, should have been a red flag) and explained that my order was confirmed but I never got my discount. They replied with 2 words (no hello, apologies, name, nothing), giving me a code to use. But I'd already ordered?! I asked for a refund of the 20% and their response was "ok will do". End of the week comes and I don't have any tracking information. I contact them to follow up and they tell me they're waiting for stock and I now have to wait a "few more days". I only purchased the supplements from them because a) the discount code would have made them the cheapest I could find and b) I'd get the supplements the same week. Neither of these things happened so I asked for a full refund. Again, an email saying "ok will do". I am yet to receive anything further.
