Just Awful Experience
I promised this shop to create a Trustpilot page for them and they didn’t even care. Well… Supporting local businesses does not apply to this shop. We need to drive shops like this OUT of business!!! Opportunists! Rude! and thieves! I went to take a passport photo and after 3 takes it was THE WORST quality. Paid £9.99 after being disclosed by the person there (who clearly has absolutely no idea about anything when asked). I asked for a page to be printed and he said £0.35/page. When I was paying, he gave me a larger bill and when I asked he said there is £1.99 service charge for printing!! This is the exact equivalent of telling me I will deliver the £10 Pizza but it will cost you £60 delivery fees! yes!! 6x the actual cost is the "service" charge...I bit my tongue...I said I will give you my e-mail for the digital copy of the photo, he said its £4.99!!! it is sitting ON HIS DESKTOP in front of US! he just need to attach it by e-mail!! You tell me this is not taking advantage of people ONLY after you already did business with them! The worst kind of business.
Snappy Snaps provides amazing service very clear an efficient and I would recommend everyone to go their, they are basically everywhere and avoid those small shops like Reload Internet, they are basically traps and will try to milk a month's income out of you. Never Again, and I live literally NEXT to them.
