I should have checked this before I do the transaction. My money is at risk and I get no response to any emails. Now they even stopped taking calls giving Covid as a reason. Whole world is working from home why are these people not?? It is really frustrating.

Is this some kind of automated reply? I already said I sent so many emails to this email I’d. Do you check that email?

Very worst customer experience and please please do not use this app.. I have transferred funds before one week and funds are not transferred to my account yet.. no updates after multiple follow ups.. our money is at high risk ..

I and my husband are using Remit2India for about 1 year now and this used to be one of the best companies to transfer money abroad. However my recent experience with large amt trfr has been pathetic. Customer care constantly tried to keep the transaction on hold citing compliance issue while in the past my compliance was clear and i have also supplied my Bank statements and Tac document as requested by compliance. However after multiple back n forth my transaction was eventually canceled due to non receipt of funds within the stipulated time while the fund is already transferred to them. This totally appears to be smart gimmick by the company to save their money, given the dollar value has gone down after COVID-19 impact. Customer care keept asking same documents again an again trying to buy time so they can lapse the days of transaction and eventually close it. Apart from this even after cancellation money is not transferred to my account. I now look to seek legal action given the huge amount that is stuck with the company.

I strongly recommend not to use this service as they are no longer the service provider as they used to be. In fact I would rate it as the worst company ever that I have dealt with .

Waste of your money. They provide only indicative rates in Canada and take way too long. Lost a large amount cause I transferred the money when the rate was good and ended up with a terrible rate by the time it got processed. There's way better competitors who provide good service. Avoid this site if you want to save money.

they are not trustworthy guys , please don't put your hard earned money there. you will end up in multiple calls with customer service for tracking. , stay away from Remit2India

I was using Remit2India for about 2 years now and this used to be one of the best companies to transfer money abroad. The transfers were used to be super fast earlier and now they take over a week. Their customer service representatives promises randomly to get the transaction done and no one from Remit2India will own it. All they do is to send a follow up email regularly as "We regret the delay in our response. Please note we are following up on your case with the appropriate team and shall update you at the earliest."

Myself and my husband has transferred money sometime in December. The offer was transfer 5000 or more AUD and get $350 voucher. We haven’t received one. It’s been 3 months. When contacted back the rep says it’s a system generated email.we are asking them to resend the email and rep says we cant.how come your support area doesn’t have a track of emails sent to customers . How can both/me and husband miss emails? We wanted a complaint to be lodged and investigated further.

Remit2india offered $350 gift vouchers for transfers done in December. I've waited more than 45 days and did not receive an email. checked all mailbox including spam and Junk.upon contacting them, they said we sent you an email which i never received also they mentioned link expired. I think this is their marketing strategy and not giving gifts to customer when gift code was used correctly. Please consider before using Remit2India.

Please do not use this Remit2India service the customer service person was rude and no professionalism. This is the worst service which I have experienced in my life. So I am requesting to all of them please do not use this service unless you want headache.

Regarding RTRN number 2685769048 . I transferred $500 to my India NRE account . Remit 2 india advertise that payment credit same day account. But till date not credited my account. Customer care said that it will take 3 to 4 working day and I cannot cancel this transaction. Transaction is still under process but they are not ready to cancel and asking for $10 fee for that.last time said that trasaction already process so could not cancel it.Very unprofessional service and such type of fraud going on with our money.Please don't trust Remit2India for your money. Please take care your money. Always gives wrong commitment. Never received call from customer care after lodge complaint.

I used remit2india to transfer money to India in December. There was an offer available during that time, $175 amazon gift card in 45 days of transfer which the relationship manager promised as well.
I have been checking for the voucher since mid-Jan, never received one. I reached out to Remit2india end of Jan and again during last week. I was surprised to see an email from customer service saying that I received the email & it's expired as I did not claim it which is BS because the customer representative I spoke to said that voucher was initiated but was never sent to my email. I am shocked as I never expected this kind of service from Remit2india. I will not use their service again if the issue is not resolved within this week.

Hi, remit2india, is worst platform for remittance ever, They can change anything anytime and use your money for other things and it takes ages to send money, remit2india is such a time wastage.
Never recommend to anyone.

Don't use remit2india, worse service ever, it tried sent money through remit2india, Remit2india start doing verification, and after 5 days, they cancelled trasaction, stating because of the compliance issue, And took anther 3 days, to getthe money back.
Used moneygram, within 30 minutes money recieved.
Remit2india is such a time wastage.
Never recommend to anyone.

I have given 1 star since there is no option for 0. I have sent money to India on 25th February and still it didn’t get deposited which is supposed to be done on same day in few hours. When I reached out to them they said it will be done yesterday itself and now when I call them they said it will take a day more. I don’t understand how can they deceive people like this. They should atleast reach out to customers if they have any issue but they don’t even respond properly even after we reach out to them. There are many other good services which deposits money in the mentioned time and with a lot better customer care service. I regret choosing this service. It’s the worst service I have ever used.

Horrible experience. Send 2 small transactions they got their fees and for bigger transaction. It takes 10 days and on 9th day got email that transaction cancel. not recommended anyone or the receivers plan will be in trouble.

Worst company, unprofessional. They lock you up by holding your money for few days. I have been told 30min for transfer and its already been 2 days and only thing they say is its in processing. After reading other reviews i think it might take 6 days as well. They will not cancel the transaction as well. Your are struck and live on their mercy.

If they do not respond in 1 day- I will report them fraud.

Edit: You are instant to reply here but you never replied to my email ticket. I even called your support today and spoke with them. What else do you want me to provide? Stop acting as if you are prompt, genuine.
