My experience using Remit2India
This was my first experience, it was flawless. Money was transferred without any hassles. Great customer service by Naveen Bachwani.

Ravi Dutta was confident and able to guide me in booking a Wire transfer while on call and even provided a PROMO code. Very good/quick service and would recommend to friends.

Naveen Bachwani is helping me a lot while i was struck on transaction.

Well i would say Remit is really good and the processing is too quick provided that your KYC is verified at first and then you initiate a transaction.I did face hiccup initially as i sent money 1st and then i was asked to upload my proofs which led to delay in the processing the money.

Finally i spoke to Pratik who happens to be a relationship manager who gave a quick resolution to increase my daily limit transfer and provide with promotion code which was promised for my initial transaction. So i would say i was very much pleased with the way he handled the situation as i'd lost my temper.

This is the second time remit 2
India is holding my money to churn out the profits For themselves.
I have been sending money to my family members in India with all verifications done with passport.
Transferred money 1 week ago when the rates were 49.93 for 1AUD. No communication from them.
Yesterday initially was told they have deposited in Indian account and a minute larer informed me they would like to verify the beneficiary - whom I have sent multiple times.
They have been waiting for the exchange rate to fall and according to today’s rate compared to 1 week earlier they have made Rs. 15000 by holding to my money.
I demanded to speak to their superiors and have been unsuccessful.
The money had to transferred to India on a urgent basis and remit 2 India has been holding this money to fill their pockets.
They need to rename themselves as termite of India.
Disgusting....

I am very much disappointed by their poor service. I cancelled the exchange rate transfer procedure due to delay for carrying out KYC. As money already transferred to their account, I sent email and on phone I spoke to Ravi, Amit but yet money has not been transferred to my Bank Account. You spent more time on phone who transfers your call to relation ship manager which then fool you that he would connect to customer service but then after 5mins line gets disconnected. So again you follow same thing.
Never use this service

Pratik's service is too good and he is extra ordinary in helping the customer.

i have been using their service since 1 year now & trust me with time they will make your transactions go slow i.e 48 hrs atleast. i am not sure what benefit they are getting out of it but for sure they are doing it intentionally. i was stuck for a payment few days ago as remit 2 india failed to transfer money even after 48 hrs & as soon as i called them they transferred the money. i am getting suspicious that they make money somehow by delaying transfer.

Hi never transfer money through the Remit2India.
Since 7 days I m trying to send money all documents are send and still asking for documents.

Never trust the company and pray that company close down soon and ppl are not harass by given false information.

I appreciate Tulsi to guide me and provide excellent support to resolve the bank statements issue, also help for smooth transaction.

Pratik is one of the finest officers with remit2india. He helped us redeem my wife's referral bonus which was denied and declined by a few other officers earlier. My wife was upset with their services and, we were at the verge of closing the accounts. With Pratik's charismatic help, we were successful in redeeming the amount along with one more remittance. Their customer service is horrible. They deactivated my account without any notice and I've sent them atleast 3 emails and called atleast 10 times. They have hours of waiting to speak to a customer rep and if you leave your number, they never call you back. After being on an hour long wait, I was finally connected to customer service and they asked me to send an email which I'd already done. They weren't able to help after wasting 1 hour 22 minutes of my time. Traumatic experience

The Remit2India money transfer service is worst; I have transferred money 3/1/2020 from Australia and the money was not received till 7/1/2020. The customer service guy had no clue and contradicting information is passed, every time I called. They have deducted the money from my account but not deposited to the nominated acc in India. I guess they are rolling the fund fund for their own profit. Disgusted with the service and dishonesty. Never going to use their service again.

I have used remit2india service in the past and the process was smooth. recently when I made few transactions 10 days using remit2India (Australia) service is very bad and they ask for documents which I have uploaded and then they ask for other documents which I updated and also sent them emails ( attacheed docs) I have sent them numerous emails and I kept receiving Automated responses and unclear emails from them but they are not assisting me. I was been referred by one of my friend to uses their service but which turned out to be night mate to me with the recent transactions. I hope they look into develop their team in servicing their customers efficiently.

More than 30 minutes wait and then again it resets to wait 15 mins, I am still on call.I tried the other option where they said they will return my call but nothing happens even after 4 hours. My money in transit from last one week and I feel so insecure. I would never recommend it, no matter what is the exchange rate. Dont care about their 50 paisa extra TRAP.

I can give negative rating if possible. Remit2india was offering many promo code to attract customers but during my check out three days ago, tbe promo code "NEW" didn't apply by their system and my receiver received about Rs.5000 less in India. I wrote emails and also got phone call back, but representative denied to help. Please do not trust.
