Great service.

I had purchased what should have been the right one for my parents from another shop, but it only worked for a week so I tried this place instead. The lady I spoke to here was really helpful and helped me find the right one and it's brilliant, working perfectly for them.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, Received item next day but unfortunately didn't work at all. Rang for advice and received a replacement which only partially worked. The fault appears to be my own equipment, Returned both remotes and promptly received a full refund.

Very good

Very good , had exact replacement which works very well , better than the rubbish I bought before and was delivered within a few days . All very seamless . Would use them again .

Excellent service

Excellent service. The Sony original remote contol was dellivered in just two days. I thought it would have to be ordered from Sony and I was expecting it to take 2 - 3 weeks. But it arrived in time to save my Christmas viewing.
