I was charged $23.95 without my full knowledge or consent. I have been trying to resolve this for weeks and have been repeatedly redirected between RemoteJobs.io and my bank with zero resolution. When my bank requested an ARN number or a refund receipt to process my chargeback, RemoteJobs. IO refused to provide it despite multiple follow-ups. Complete lack of accountability and customer support. Avoid at all costs.
