I rang to say the remote did not work
I rang to say the remote did not work. They worked out I had ordered the wrong remote. Told me how to return it, and sent me an email with the correct remote order details so I could order the right one.

Great customer service
Our new puppy decided to chew the remote for our tv thoroughly ruining it. Remote4u has a great website, easy to navigate and order. The new remote arrived next day and works perfectly. Great customer service.
