Impeccable customer service
I emailed the company yesterday with a query about which remote was most suitable for my elderly TV. The company replied very promptly, with a further query answered almost instantaneously. I subsequently ordered the recommended (competitively priced with no charge for post and packing) item, and it arrived this morning. It was literally a case of, 'insert batteries and go!' Extremely impressive service from start to finish and I highly recommend Remotes4u(UK)

I very rarely leave a review, but I am so impressed with Remotes4u I feel obliged to. The remote itself is a genuine original version which I couldn’t find anywhere else. The delivery was rapid and regular updates were provided. Definitely recommend!

and it came the next morning,
they sent me an alternative because my tv was so old and it works perfectly.
