Once I called them they got me booked in pretty quickly, the driver called me about 1p.m to let me know I'm the last job and he will be with me 4ish which was really helpful it meant I could pop to the shop with no concern that I'd miss him, he then called again to let me know when he was on his way

I contacted Remove my Car. They offered a price - I accepted and then they ignored me for a month and told me some story about export not wanting it? I guess they never wanted it in the first place.
Is this a scam - who knows

It was a very clear and professional service.

At the start I was dubious and wanted to verify and check everything however I was proved that the company is legit and money transferred quickly along with Certificate of Destruction.

Collection:
From the date i submitted interest i was contacted within 20 minutes with a time for same day collection.
The driver attended my home slightly late however he did make contact very early on stating so. When he arrived I locked myself out so car couldn't be collected. We arranged an early morning pickup 2 days later and he came and dealt with everything quickly and efficiently. He was also very patient with me asking 100 and 1 questions.

Payment:
From the driver collecting and everything sorted. Within an hour funds were released with no issues.

Overall:
The service was fast, prompt and smooth (despite MY delay). I would definitely trust and share with others who are looking for a reliable service.

First off the first time arranging collection waited all day nobody came, the second time all went smooth. Now considering my car was able to drive and in perfect condition the guy loaded it onto the van and said the payment will be processed in 24 hours. That was Friday! It's now Monday and still no payments, instead I get these rude women answering the phone telling me I should receive payment by 5pm today which is absolutely ridiculous
Avoid these idiots as I still haven't received my money

Great experience from start to end. After an immediate quote online, a date was arranged to collect my car. The communication from the gentleman collecting was excellent. He phoned to confirm he was due to arrive on time. He was professional, polite and friendly. I received the payment into my account two days later. I highly recommend 👌

I recently scrapped a car via the website; it could have not been easier and i got what i felt was a more than fair price.

Having submitted my enquiry, i was talking by phone within an hour and arranged a collection. The collector came on time, really friendly, removed the car and i have just received the payment next day as agreed.

I cant fault the process.

Received a competitive quote online and the car was picked up the next day from a local breakers. Collection was simple, striaghtforward & the collector kept me infromed throughout. Payment was received in my bank account within hours. I was worried when I booked it whether the service was genuine, as a lone female, sometimes we can be ripped off but this couldn't have been easier. Would recommend this service.

Can't fault them. Messaged them on Monday, immediately arranged collection on Wednesday. Arrived when said, chap was very polite and chatty and very efficient. Money was paid the same day. Really good to deal with a company that does what it says on the tin, makes a refreshing change. Would definitely recommend.

Deeply disappointed!
I booked a day to remove my car. They promised they will arrive between 7am-17pm. So i had a day off obviously. No one appeared, no phone call, nothing. I called them several times during the day, they said the guy will come and call me 1 hour before he arrives. Now 7.15pm and nothing happened. Congratulations 👏🎉. Shame
