Expensive and slow delivery
Well, you did your job correctly, but when the spare part got to my home, I had to pay an extra 14€ of custom fee.
Also, I remember paying extra (£19.99) for two days delivery... and it took at least 10 days or more... I could have gone for the cheap delivery, I'm pretty sure It would have taken the same time. At the end, I almost paid 50€ for a bloody MAMELON.

You are not charged any UK taxes when you buy from us, but if you import parts from outside your customs territory then local taxes and fees are charged, which we are not in control of. outside UK buyer custom tax not included
Original part but be careful if you live outside UK you have to pay custom tax on top .
They don't tell you how much it will cost and they don't include it in the price, I don't understand why. Not a nice surprise.
