Great, done exactly what it said on the tin 👍

What a fantastic experience I had with this company. I needed a part to get my UFH working and they were helpful, knowledgeable, professional and fast! Once they helped me identify the right part and I placed an order (after 1pm) it arrived the next day. My heating engineer was still looking for the part whilst I got it from these guys in less than 24 hour! Thank you very much, I have recommended you to my heating engineer as his suppliers are obviously not as good!

The email enquiry l had a very swift reply from Jamal. Placed order by phone with Evelyn very efficient. order dispatched next day. Couriers lost item. Evelyn was tireless in tracking order down and dispatched a replacement in the meantime. Kept in contact to ensure replacement received. Totally first class service , thoroughly recommend

I had previously used RPW for replacement LK manifold valves and went straight to them when a room thermostat failed. They were able to supply a suitable substitute thermostat which immediately restored the room heating - very useful in December! JK

I was struggling to find someone selling LK Systems roomstats when one of mine had been damaged. My search found RPW so I placed an order late one evening. After further research on their website I became unclear about whether I had ordered the right component so I emailed them at 9:30 the next day. At 9:50 they replied saying they had already processed the order; they would hold it for me but they also assured me I had ordered the correct replacement. It arrived the next day. So 5 stars for prompt service and 5 stars for technical support.

We got all of our heating and domestic plumbing from RPW and can't praise them highly enough. From start to finish they were excellent and service was second to none. We live on the isle of Skye where deliveries can be difficult but everything arrived on time and complete. They were helpful during the design stage and were always there if we had questions. Great service from a great team!

I placed my order, noticing the next day delivery promise, and thought .... not a chance..

To my delight and surprise the actuators arrived the next day. I will repeat it, the goods arrived as promised.

Best of all they worked and my heating system is now functioning. Actually, I only fitted the one I required, the other is waiting patiently to be used...a spare.

Because of this, my neighbours, who are elderly ordered the same items by phone because they couldn’t survive without heating. Again the goods arrived the next day for them.

Thank you Renewable Products Warehouse...you are stars, especially during this pandemic when we all need to support each other.
