All the engineers were polite and respectful. They all worked long hours and took no breaks. They cleaned up totally after the job was finished. All went above and beyond my expectations. A good set of lads.

The air source heat pump, solar panels & battery were fitted two years ago & we are happy with the product & the installation. However, subsequent service has been poor. Fairly shortly after the battery was installed we had a power cut & although the battery was fully charged, it failed to cut in. We contacted Renewafuel who informed us that they were waiting for a component from China which would rectify the fault... That was two years ago, no sign of the component or any message from Renewafuel. More recently, we were away over New Year & while we were away there was a power cut. Since which the battery has not been feeding into the hot water heating, we only get water heated if we press an override button. I contacted Renewafuel on Friday, was told an engineer would contact me that day. It didn't happen. Rang twice on Monday, still no call from engineer...

We had no problems with our initial air source heat pump survey, installation and immediate post installation help and I gave them a five star review then. We have had some problems with service over the past 3 years, but I have to say on our latest technical problem, and indeed our maintenance service 3 months ago, the company have worked hard to sort matters out.
Darren in particular has been really helpful, straightforward and honest, calling me several times over a heating problem on a cold weekend, and working to get somebody out to us asap.
I would really like to rely wholeheartedly on this company since they are the main Mitsubishi agents and I know the value of a reliable, knowledgeable team.

From start to finish the whole experience was explained and conducted professionally and in a friendly manner as exemplified by Chris. The installation was handled expertly and again in a friendly manner. Well done.

A big thank you to Dean, the last engineer to work on our installation. He was professional, polite and seemed actually to care about the customer. This was in marked contrast to the range of people who installed our solar, batteries and air source heat pump. Many of them were contracted out and gave the impression of not giving a fig for the client; it was just "job and finish". Dean actually restored my faith in the company that had been eroded by woeful project management and some dire workmanship.

All complete within two days. Guys worked really hard showing good knowledge ably supported by the offce staff.I would recommend them highly.

I did a lot of research into what I needed to save money on my gas and electric. I applied on line and it generated a non stop assault of Solar companies wanting to assist. I managed to get this down to four companies that were offering a good discount. I had an interview with Renewafuel who were offering 20% discount. They do pumps, solar panels and boilers. My boiler is very good. It’s quite new. I have managed to set it to 53 F for water and heating. As my property is small it is enough to keep the bungalow warm. Eventually we agreed to what was needed. Boiler is doing its job. We agreed solar panels was what was missing. My bills are quite low with Octopus so I want to keep this going. We negotiated a price and I was very happy at the offer. I went for 6 panels and battery. I did not have the battery fitted at the moment but it is on the to do list for the future. I am very pleased to say that one week later I have my 6 Solar panels fitted. I have a monitor to track my solar which will assist me to keep my bills low but still have a warm home. I am very pleased with this service. I would definitely recommend Rewnewafuel to my friends and family. They offer the best discount for Solar panels and completed the work in record time. Wonderful Christmas present.

Highly recommended - From initial contact, to survey and final install took only a little over two weeks.

The installation project manager was very engaging regarding his initial communications. Once he was on site he and his team were very polite and answered all questions when queries were raised with them.

The installation work was planned with full consideration of the owner's and important services were established and areas tidied at cease of work each day. Attendance each day was prompt with the timings agreed and they worked longer hours to get the work done when required.

The installation team demonstrated a high level of competence of workmanship and delivery standards.

Moving to an air source heat pump from our old LPG cylinder fed boiler is miles apart and we can see the huge difference already. The house is really warm during those cold spell and fully controllable with good flexibility.

Got solar panels installed with the company and may be getting them removed and set back within a week. There is no transparency, the sales man can make a better prediction of the roof space than the engineer and no one will bring a ladder to get into your roof space when it’s part of their job to do so. They will sell you one thing then provide another, asking you to sign blank things that give you no information on what you are spending your money on. Awful, sneaky company. Do not use! I did not need this additional stress in my life.
