Poor customer service, name of the agent who attended to me was Khadija Adeniran, and after going through all the hassle to provide my details, i was told the system rejected my loan request, imagine i just hope i am safe as I've provided a lot of personal details to them, but renmoney is an absolute joke.

After reading series of reviews from people across . I detected that the standard renmoney claimed to posed with isn't what they are. Poor customers relationship and undecided minded. I believed companies with unstable decisions will have unstable relationship with customers.. referring to the reviews I see two different peoples outside Lagos wanting the loan. One was told renmoney doesn't gives loan to people residing outside Lagos and the other people was told he/she could get the loan. Basically because of he/she want to involve colleague.. this platform sell our database to other establishments and make money from it. That's why am getting calls and text messages from companies I don't know or do not have my details too. It's took them 3days before I get credited and the loan rate is madly killing... advice to Nigeria's go to other financial institutions like ab microfinance or your banks it's safer. I regret giving out my bvn to this third parties platform. customer desk care are rude and need management orientations. I believe they're pointing at something telling us they are below standard

I just want to use this platform to inquire if loans can be granted to someone for the completion of a building. I met all the requirements i read. But i would like to understand the pay back pattern better

i want loan of about 600,000,with a return period of one year,how much is the interest rate and how many hours/days will it take before it reflects in my account and also hope my bvn will not be miss-used,thank waiting for your response.

Use other competitors like accion and AB Microfinance banks. Avoid renmoney as They will milk you dry and make your life a living hell. I'll never use the again

Hello i met all your loan requirements i have done the needful and have been submitted since yesterday. Till now i have not been credited . I have been waiting since morning . No alert , no nothing . Please help. Thanks

Currently even having issues with renmoney , they claim you get your credit alert on or before 24hours, it's just not true, the customer service is just inconsiderate, and some cases ill mannered.. They have no respect for client time, and they just switch off once the loan has been applied for and the payment mandate is placed on your account... Credit doesn't come within 24hours as they advertise and their interest rates are high..i still have an uncredited loan as we speak, with a payment mandate on my account

Renmoney is not real. They collect your details. After meeting their requirement they will just go mute. I think they don't have the financial muscles to attend to customers need. As a salary I met their requirement for specific amount of loan for urgent need, all you get is just phone call, nothing more. They will said go to their office, after spending our, your problem will not be solve. If you call customer care, they demand for your details again generate bank statement and nothing will happen afterwards. My thought about remoney is that they don't have enough money to meet customers loan request. All they do is frustrate you. I wish their is option for negative star.

I have vowed NEVER to use Renmoney again. Its bad enough that the interest rate is stupidly high. But the staff that make communication by email or call are so inconsiderate. I have struggled to keep up with the repayment after a robbery incident i experienced that is slowing down my repayment which is almost complete. I have made several requests to revisit my repayment plan or offer guidance on best steps so that i can pay up with less stress. But not only have my emails been ignored but the callers are robotically rude as hell.
I will never use this platform or encourage or recommend to anyone... I was warned not to go ahead but i do not think they would be this unprofessional.

I've not received the loan yet...I applied and completed all the necessary...and submitted all...just wondering how long it takes to get it, because it's quite urgent...if I knew it's not 24hrs, wouldn't have opted for it. It's been ongoing for 3 days now...am I getting it or not??

I wish there was an option for no stars. Incompetence at its best. Definitely, the first and last time I will attempt doing business with them. The most frustrating one week of my life.

Even though getting a loan from you guys saves lives and all, your loan processing is way Too slow. I mean, what is the purpose if getting a loan when it will be ready after the purpose if the loan is gone. You guys are just way TOO Slow!

Hi...I read that the laon are for employed person..I am not really employed as such...rather I work with a car rental company.. Taxify to be precise... Am I still eligible for the loan

It's very bad and unfair...after sending my acct statement to b sure am qualified and later collecting all my details I was told It was declined...its unfair

i haven't taken any loan yet though! but i am a little cynical upon the demand for my bvn as one of the requirement for processing loans. i don't know if it is safe to give out my bvn online to a third-party? and secondary since that finalizing loans requires applicant to visit renmoney office, what about customers outside the city of lagos do they need to travel across borders to be able to complete loan transactions? if this doubts and fear can be cleared of my mind then i can give it a try and even give my colleagues the go ahead because even though i have already told them about the possibility of getting renmoney load, i also shared my uncertainty which placed them all on a pause mood until this verification and clarification is sorted. thanks i will appreciate if i get a concern response to my two main uncertainties 1) is it safe to give my bvn to renmoney? 2) do applicants outside the boundaries of Lagos travel all the to renmoney office in Lagos just to complete loan proccess?

Their service is pretty okay, though a bit slow and with high interest rate when compared with some other micro credit institutions I have transacted business with before. My points are as follows;

1. Finalizing a loan transaction will require one to visit any of their offices, whereas in some other institutions, everything is done online from A to Z, without the need to visit their offices.

2. Loan processing is a bit slow, usually as a result of poor internet and network connectivity, which is the usual excuse given by its employees. The last time I visited RenMoney office at Surulere, Lagos, I spent almost three solid hours waiting to finalize my loan transaction. Although when finalized, disbursement is quick, usually takes about 3 to 5 hours.

3. RenMoney interest rate is very high, and even higher than that of conventional commercial banks. It is claimed that the interest rate is between 4 - 6%, but when compared with the computed monthly repayment installment, the interest rate seems to be higher. Although i am not a finance guru.

Apart from the foregoing, RenMoney is good and have provided urgent cash solutions to a lot of people, including me. I will continue to patronise them, but they have to improve on the issues raised above.
